About: Paula Sirois

Paula Sirois

Paula Sirois is a holistic health coach, single mother of two and a writer who tries to find the wit and humor in all that stuff that make up our daily lives; the ups and downs, the good and the bad and all that messy, gooey mess in the middle. Being a single mother since her kids were just one and two years old means that she hasn't had more than a two minute shower in almost a decade. So that can't be good. But it also means she's uber aware of every possible thing (both good and bad) that can happen to kids and she's worried about and researched them all so sufficiently that you simply don't have to now. When she's not working with clients, writing, cooking organic and whole meals, cleaning with all natural cleaning products (made from scratch), matching (all cotton by free-ranged sheep) socks, doing homework, re-inflating the tires on her car, and generally fretting, she can be found at RockZebra@hotmail.com or http://www.rockzebracompany.com/ where the simple (rock) things lead to the unexpected (zebra) life.
