Andrew Agatston is an attorney in private practice in metro Atlanta, Georgia. His legal practice is diverse, and includes representing victims of crime in civil cases, as well as representing those harmed by the intentionally wrongful conduct of others, including cyberbullying. In addition, Mr. Agatston represents five Children's Advocacy Centers in Georgia, which are organizations that assist children who allege sexual abuse or severe physical abuse. He has written two books for CAC professionals, and hosts a ListServ that provides information to CACs across the country, as well as professionals such as law enforcement officials, mental health professionals, and child protective professionals who are affiliated with CACs.
