The Internet has always been around as far as our children can tell. They’re playing games, watching videos, or using Skype with far-off relatives. As early as kindergarten or first grade, they are being introduced to their teacher’s website using the PC or laptop in the school library.

Hello Lynette,
As president of an association whose primary mission is to help keep our communities safe through promoting the programs of the FBI, I wanted to introduce myself and start a dialogue on how we can assist in anyway possible seeing that our goals closely align.
The association is the FBI Boston Citizens Academy Alumni Association and one of it’s programs we promote is the FBI Safe Online Surfing Internet Challenge (FBI SOS).
What prompted me to write is one of our members pointed out the event being held this evening at the Natick High School titled “Digital Conversion To Digital Citizenship” who thought that we should contact you and others participating in the event about the FBI SOS program.
We are also in the preliminary stages of putting together a cyber security workshop and some of your topics would be well received.
Please contact me if interested in discussing the FBI SOS program or the cyber security event.
Warm regards,
Ed Nelson
President, FBI Boston Citizens Academy Alumni Association
